KSB Ama-Porter 500 NE Submersible Sewage Pump – 0.55 kW, Single Phase 230 V

This is an imported KSB Ama-Porter 500 NE submersible sewage and waste water pump, made in France by KSB S.A. It is a vertical, single-stage, fully floodable pump in a close-coupled grey cast iron design, with a 0.55 kW (0.75 HP) single phase motor for 220/240 V, 50 Hz supply and a 2 inch (DN 50) outlet. It is supplied by Standard Machinery in Imported, Refurbished & Tested condition.

Because it runs on ordinary single phase power, this pump can be used in homes, hotels, restaurants, shops and small buildings where three phase supply is not available. The single phase motor has built-in thermal overload protection in the windings, so it switches off safely if it overheats.
