6. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we confirm your order by email.
• Payment must be completed before dispatch unless a Net-30 credit account has been approved.
• We accept online payment gateways, bank transfers, and other methods listed at checkout.
• All transactions are processed in the currency selected at checkout.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to logistics, customs or force majeure shall not constitute a breach.
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the shipping carrier.
• The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees for international shipments.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed strictly by our Return & Refund Policy. Key conditions:

• A clear, uncut unboxing video is mandatory. Without video evidence, no refund or replacement will be processed under any circumstance.
• Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper installation, or negligence are not eligible for return.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, software and compilations — is the joint intellectual property of CanStart Technologies and Standard Machinery and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
